Privacy Notice

Last updated: 4 October 2026. This notice explains how SYNTRIVIO handles personal information submitted through this website. It is a practical launch template and should be checked against your exact legal entity details and operating processes before publication.

Information we collect

Employer enquiries may include your name, work email address, company, hiring requirements and any candidate profile reference you request. Talent-network enquiries may include your name, email address, LinkedIn URL, location, specialisation and the professional information you choose to provide.

Why we use it

We use employer information to respond to hiring enquiries, understand recruitment requirements and provide recruitment services. We use candidate information to assess potential suitability for relevant permanent remote opportunities and to communicate with you about recruitment.

Candidate information

We may create anonymised summaries of professional experience for business-development and matching purposes. We do not intend those public summaries to contain names, personal contact details or other direct identifiers. Fuller candidate information is shared with prospective employers only as appropriate to the recruitment process.

Who receives website enquiries

Employer and profile-request enquiries are routed to hirewithus@syntrivio.com. Candidate and general enquiries are routed to contact@syntrivio.com.

Retention and sharing

Personal information should be kept only for as long as needed for the relevant recruitment or business purpose and any applicable legal obligations. SYNTRIVIO may use service providers that support website hosting, email or recruitment administration. Personal information should not be sold.

Optional website analytics

When configured and with your permission, Google Analytics processes visit information such as pages viewed, device and browser information and approximate location. We do not send enquiry form contents to Google Analytics. You can refuse or withdraw permission using Cookie settings. See our cookie information and Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
